Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us. Returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
